Cancellation & Order Changes Policy

We understand plans can change. This policy explains when you can cancel or modify an order.
1. Cancellation window
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel or edit orders before they enter processing or before a shipping label is created. Requests received after that point may not be possible.
If your order is successfully canceled, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method. Refund posting times vary by bank/payment provider.
2. Order changes
You may request changes to:

phone number
-
item/color/variant (when applicable)
We’ll do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
3. Orders that have shipped
Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled. You may still be able to return eligible items under our Return & Refund Policy.
