This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, shipping costs, order processing, estimated delivery timeframes, and important delivery notes for items purchased on Chairgrove (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Shipping destination
We currently ship to customers within the United States.

Standard shipping is available to the contiguous United States (48 states).

At this time, we don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Orders under $120: Flat-rate shipping fee of $10

Orders $120 or more: Free shipping
We do not add unexpected mandatory fees at checkout. If a shipping charge applies, it will be clearly displayed in checkout before payment.
3. Order cut-off time
Orders placed and paid before 5:00 PM (CST) on business days will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CST), or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
4. Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
5. Estimated delivery time (standard shipping)
Estimated transit time after dispatch is typically 3–7 business days for standard parcels, depending on your location and carrier capacity.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Large furniture / oversized items (no guaranteed delivery date)
Some furniture items may ship via freight or specialized carriers.

We do not guarantee a specific delivery date for freight deliveries.

In some cases, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
If you have timing requirements, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm the most appropriate option.
7. Order tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). You may also use our Order Tracking page if provided on the site.
8. Address accuracy and delivery attempts
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
9. Damaged or missing packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

the damaged item(s)
We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
